Pagan.World has begun transforming the site, stay tuned for developments.

Pagan.World is for our community to speak as they will, what they will, when they will, where they will.

As everyone has noticed, we are working hard to bring you a Witch School page that is even bigger and better than ever before.  But to finish the process, we need your help!

We want to give the front page a make-over but we need to know what you like and what should go.  Can you take a few minutes to scope out that front page and let us know what you would like to see trimmed down?  It can be hard to find the things you want to know with so much information packed into such a small space.  What works and what can we fix?

You'll also see that we've started to move some things around as the Blogs are now at the top.  In order to bring you new content and awesome information, we are going to create and promote featured blogs and content at the top of the main page.  We already have some cool stuff in store for you (No, I can't tell you yet, but stay tuned; it should be up and going in the next few days!) but we are always on the lookout for new and exciting featured blogs.  If you are interested in having your blogs featured, message Lindsay at Lindsay@witchschool.com.  She will be happy to give you some details.

Thank you all for your input and help as we've moved through the visuals.  We are working on some fun ideas for the banner and should have that out to you soon as well.  There might even be some cool contests coming up soon.....

Let us know how things are going with the upgrades and changes to the site.  We can't fix it if we don't know it's broken and only the voices of Witch School members can tell us how it is going!

I was totally going to mention the banner lol! Anyway I'm still trying to learn the new navigation system which can be hard sometimes cuz I pretty much only use my cell phone to browse the web since I don't have a computer. But so far everything seems pretty sweet. Btw i love the cool little pics and mini-articles you guys are putting on Facebook these days :) but yeah as far as the site goes I'm liking it. :) plus its cool you guys have featured blogs on the front page now- its a lot like witchvox.com! Which is cool cuz that's one site i go to to peruse articles and stuff- now i can do it all here! Yay! Keep up the great work!

I Locke the blogs being on top, but would prefer that the forums not be all the way at the bottom. Just my two cents.

MM,I think maybe 2 lines for the blogs if we have to scroll down the page past them. Thank you for changing the background color, it really helps! Crescent

I have suggested this before a long time ago , but I would like to see a map that shows where all the temples are at .that way if some one is on vacation and wants to stop by the nearest temple that can .

Thanks everybody, keep 'em coming! I have couple of questions, if everyone doesn't mind.

For Forums: So far, a couple of people has talked about them - are they an integral part of the site for you? What makes them awesome? What are the "draw-you-in" factors? I love knowing that they are so loved!

Rafe: For the link you sent, what it is about that site specifically you like? You mentioned artistic - is it the banner at the top? What makes it a favorite?

Here are some of the other things I'm thinking - what about the events, groups, login box, latest activity feed, special features, news, music, birthdays, photos....which of these do you actually use? For me, I don't use the groups portion; if I'm looking for a group, I search them. What do you use and not use? I'd love to see that page trimmed down, I'm just not sure which features everyone loves!

Thank you all so much for your help. You rock!!

I definitely see your point. The inability to reply to comments is aggravating and makes the experience less interactive.

I love the groups , am a member of more then few of them and even started one up myself . Some people have more in common with one live style or social subgroups then others . The groups let like minded people talk to each other on that subject without other subjects getting in the way .

♥)O(♥ ♣ It is very important that the *Groups* that have recently been posted in, remain featured on the Front Page... that is the only way that we know that those groups... or any groups even exist. That Groups section on the front page reminds us of the Groups here! ♣ Unless you have the exact title of a Group you cannot do a Search on it. ♣ Groups are the only place on the entire WSI website where people can gather together under specific Topic interests and share and interact continually. ♣ Some of the groups are packed with information, like Rev. Don Lewis' wonderfully artistic downloadable graphics offered on The Book Of Shadows group... which has been here since the very beginning of Witch School International. There are Many Fantastic Groups here! ♣ I have my own Group which is listed in my personal info section on my WSI profile. ♣ ♥)O(♥

Not sure how practical this might be, but it would be nice if the calender on the main page included data such as moon phases and Sabbats as well as any other useful information that one might find handy. Just a thought. Really liking the improvements, btw.

I think we just took care of that! Let Michael or I know if that works better!
